Yoga Circle Workshop in SF
Yoga Circle is a place to come to make your dreams a reality. Think you can't have what you want? Not true. You can have whatever you want. Bring your deepest wish, faith, determination, and your dedication to fulfilling it and it will come. I promise you. You'll learn how you can do this at home.
I did a retreat workshop at Esalen this summer with Laura Day. I've been using her book, "The Circle" for years, but didn't understand the power of the group until this retreat I went to. This is really what inspired me to start Yoga Circle and call it what it is. I have to thank Laura Day and everyone who made the experience amazing. She'll be doing another session next summer in July. You can sign up for the workshop here: http://www.esalen.org
She is also doing a Learning Annex class in SF in Feb. More info here:

In the class we use Laura Day's formula. It's the answer to "The Secret"; the movie left me wondering, "how does this work?" She tells you. I'll show you. It works. Check out her web site: http://www.practicalintuition.com

- You're here because you want to find out info about Yoga Circle. I started Yoga Circle in September 2007 because I needed something fulfilling in my life. I felt that I needed to contribute but it had to be something that was mine. I started looking at my life to see what I was doing that was important to me and I came up with something really simple, a workshop to focus on getting what you want in your life. It would help me keep on track with my career endeavors (as an actress) and help others as well. So I took a leap of faith and sucked the energy from the people who were supportive of me starting this and booked space to start it. I was nervous, but had to change my life and the path that it was following which was utterly un-satisfying to me. There has to be a better more stable way to support myself that can support my acting endeavors as well....well, here goes it guys. It's here. And it's working.
